Mango Chutney Salsa ingredients

  • 1 Mango, peeled and diced
  • 1⁄8 c Red pepper, diced
  • 1⁄4 T Ginger, minced
  • 1 oz Honey, liquid
  • 1⁄2 T Mint leaves, dry

Cooking Mango Chutney Salsa

1. NOTE: This sauce is excellent on chicken, lamb and fish! Combine all the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer.
2. Reducei heat to medium-low and cook 5 minutes.
