Mango chili sauce

Mango chili sauce ingredients
- 1 med Green mango
- 1 T garlic, chopped
- 5 Fresh green chilies
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 t Sugar (optional)
- 1 t Cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 T Peanuts, crushed
Cooking Mango chili sauce
1. Peeli the unripe mango & shred it finely with a grater or food processor.
2. Blend together the garlic & green chilies with a little water until a coarse paste is formed.
3. Add the mango & blend gently.
4. Mixi in the rest of the ingredients, except the peanuts & adjust the flavour to taste.
5. Place in a serving dish & sprinkle with the peanuts.
6. Use as a dip for raw cucumbers, carrots, green beans & mushrooms.
7. Or, use it to top lightly boiled vegetables.
