Mango barbecue sauce ingredients

  • 1 T Thyme, minced
  • 1⁄4 c Dijon mustard
  • 1⁄2 c Mango marmalade
  • 1 c Ripe mango, diced
  • 1⁄3 c Dark Jamaican Rum
  • 1⁄4 c Light soy sauce
  • 1⁄4 c Vegatable oil

Cooking Mango barbecue sauce

1. Place all ingredients in food processor bowl and process until smooth.
