Magic motown barbeque sauce ingredients
- 33 1⁄4 oz Tomato sauce
- 2 2⁄3 T White vinegar
- 3 1⁄3 oz steak sauce
- 1 2⁄3 oz worchestershire sause
- 2 T soy sauce
- 5 1⁄3 T ketchup
- 1⁄3 t Bitters
- 3 1⁄3 T Lemon juice
- 1 Bay leaves
- 1 t Red pepper; ground
- 1 t Red pepper flakes
- 1 t white pepper
- 1 t Paprika
- 1 SMALL PINCH DILL SEED
- 1 SMALL PINCH SWEET BASIL
- 1⁄5 t Cinnamon
- 2 2⁄3 T Light corn syrup
- 2 2⁄3 T Honey
- 5 1⁄3 T Brown sugar
Cooking Magic motown barbeque sauce
1. In a large sauce pot place tomato sauce, worchestershire sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, bitters, lemon juice, bay leaves, red pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, white pepper, paprika, dill seed, sweet basil and cinnamon.
2. Simmeri uncovered for 2 to 3 hours over low heat.
3. Saucei should be thick.
4. Add corn syrup, honey and brown sugar.
5. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
6. Make sure sauce does not scorch on bottom.
