Macaroons ingredients
- 1 Eggs; separated
- 1 c Artificial sweetener
- 2 c Cornflakes
- 1 c Shredded coconut
- 1⁄2 c Chopped pecans (optional)
- 1⁄2 t Almond extract
Cooking Macaroons
1. Beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Foldi in sweetener equivalent to 1 cup sugar.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Drop by teaspoonfulls onto greased baking sheet.
4. Bakei 350f for 12 minutes.
5. Remove from pan at once.
6. Makes about 3 ½ dozen cookies, each cookie is ½ fat.
7. 24 calories.
