Low-cal chocolate cake

Low-cal chocolate cake ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 c flour
- 1⁄4 c Granulated fructose**
- 1⁄2 c Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1⁄2 t Baking soda
- 1 t Salt
- 1 c Low fat milk (2%)
- 2⁄3 c Liquid shortening
- 2 Eggs
- **or other sugar replacement
Cooking Low-cal chocolate cake
1. Preheat oven to 350^.
2. Greasei anf flour a 13 x 9" cake pan. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended.
3. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes.
4. Let cool.
