Low fat banana bread

Low fat banana bread ingredients
- 2 c Sugar
- 1 c Applesauce
- 8 oz Healthy Choice Egg Product
- 2 t vanilla
- 6 Ripe Bananas-mashed
- 4 c flour
- 2 t Baking soda
Cooking Low fat banana bread
1. Creami together sugar and applesauce.
2. Add egg product and mix well.
3. Add vanilla and bananas and mix well.
4. Sifti flour with soda, add gradually until all blended in. Bakei both loaves at 325°F for about an hour.
5. (with both loaves in the oven at the same time it usually takes a little longer.
