Low Calorie Squash Quiche ingredients
- 3 c Yellow squash
- 1 c Chopped onion
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 4 t flour
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1⁄4 t Dry mustard
- 2⁄3 c Powdered Milk
- 2 t margarine
- 4 oz cheese -- grated divided
Cooking Low Calorie Squash Quiche
1. Cook squash and onion together until tender, drain off water.
2. Beat egg and add flour, half of the cheese, salt, pepper, mustard, powdered milk and margarine.
3. Add squash and pour into Pam coated pie pan. Bakei in a 350 degree oven for 25 m inutes.
4. Remove and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
5. Bake for 5 minutes more.
6. Makes 4 servings.
