Low calorie irish colcannon

Low calorie irish colcannon ingredients
- 1 c water
- 1 T Reduced-calorie margarine
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 3 c Chopped cabbage
- 1⁄3 c Skim or 1% milk
- 1 c Instant Mashed potato flakes
- 1 Green onion, finely chopped
Cooking Low calorie irish colcannon
1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, margarine, and salt.
2. Bring to boil.
3. Stiri in cabbage; return to a boil.
4. Reducei heat, cover and simmer 4-6 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
5. Remove from heat; stir in milk and potato flakes with fork.
6. Stir in onion.
7. Cover and let stand 3 minutes.
