Louisiana hot pepper sauce #1 ingredients
- 3 c Distilled white vinegar
- 2 t Salt
- 2 lb Cayenne OR jalapenos
- -seeded and chopped
Cooking Louisiana hot pepper sauce #1
1. Source: new orleans times picayune 8/17/95.
2. simmer vinegar, salt and peppers at least 5 minutes.
3. Process in processor.
4. Store in a glass bottle.
5. Put in a dark cabinet and let age at least 3 months.
6. Straini when ready to use.
