Louisiana compound butter ingredients
- 8 oz Whole butter, softened
- 1⁄2 c Durkee Red Hot sauce
- 1⁄2 t garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 Bundle Cilantro chopped fin
Cooking Louisiana compound butter
1. In mixing bowl, add butter, garlic and cilantro and blen on slow speed.
2. Slowly add hot sauce until incorporated.
3. Chill and hold for service.
