Louisiana bourbon beef ingredients
- 2 lb Sirloin beef, cut in chunks
- 2 c bbq sauce
- 1 c Bourbon
- 1 t Granulated garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ds worchestershire sause
Cooking Louisiana bourbon beef
1. Mixi the bbq sauce with the bourbon; add all the other ingredients into the marinade.
2. Mix well.
3. Place meat into mixture and marinade overnight.
4. Cook meat to your taste.
5. Serves.
