Lombatine di Maiale

Lombatine di Maiale ingredients
- 8 c Green bell pepper
- 1 lb Mushroom
- 3 lb tomato concasse
- 3⁄4 c olive oil
- 2 T garlic
- 16 pork chop
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Lombatine di Maiale
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet, over a medium flame.
2. Add the garlic, heat and stir until lightly browned.
3. Remove and discard garlic.
4. Seasoni the chops lightly with salt and pepper.
5. Add to the skillet and brown well on both sides.
6. Remove from the pan and set aside.
7. Add the peppers and mushrooms.
8. Heat and stir for 2 minutes.
9. Add the tomatoes-mix well.
10. Return the chops to the pan. Cover and place into the oven.
11. Remove chops to a heated platter.
12. Reducei liquid as needed to adjust consistency.
13. Pour over chops.
14. Serve hot.
