Lobster And Macaroni

Lobster And Macaroni ingredients
- 2 kg lobster (frozen is ok)
- 2 large onions coarsley chopped
- 2 clv garlic
- 1 cn Chopped tomato
- or
- 3 large ripe red tomatoes cubed
- 1⁄2 c olive oil
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1⁄2 c white wine
- 1 T tomatoe paste(if required)
- 1⁄2 pk macaroni or spaghetti
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c parsley keep 1/2 a cup for garnish
- 1 T butter or olive oil
Cooking Lobster And Macaroni
1. If lobsters ares fresh plug the wholes, then drop into boiling water for apx 30 min. Remove and keep the juice.
2. (If frozen and pre cooked ,drop into boling water so you can make some juice) Either remove the meat from shell or cut them into halves head to tail.
3. In a deep pan heat oil and saute onions,garlic.
4. parsley.
5. Add lobster and mix well.
6. Add,wine,tomatoes(paste if req)cinammon,salt and pepper to taste.
7. Simmeri until sauce is well blended.
8. Re boil the lobster juice and cook macaroni as per packet instructions.
9. Sautei macaroni with butter,then mix well the lobster meat and sauce.
10. If lobsters are halved removed from sauce.
11. Serve with lobster halves on top. Garnishi with parsley and freshly gound black pepper.
