- 5 Piece LOAF BREAD (M)
- 5 strip CHEESE (MOZARRELLA)
- 5 strip Bacon
- 1⁄2 c A.P.FLOUR
- 2 Piece Eggs
- 1 c Bread crumbs
- 1⁄4 c Fresh milk
- 200 ml OIL (FOR DEEP FRY)
- 5 T Mayonnaise
- 1 pk Shallots, chopped
- 1 pk PICKLES (CHOPPED)
- 1 pk EGG (BOILED)
- 1 T Salt, pepper
- 1⁄2 t parsley, chopped
- 3 T CHIX STOCK
Cooking Loaf Fritters In Tartar Sauce
1. MIX EGGS,MILK THEN COMBINE BACON AND CHEESE FOR STUFFING.
2. ROLL THE LOAF ANDF DIP IT INTO THE EGGS AND MILK THEN ROLL INTO THE A. P. FLOUR THEN RETURN IT AGAIN INTO THE EGGS AND MILK.
3. HEAT OIL FOR DEEP FRYING THEN ROLL THE LOAVES INTO THE BRED CRUMBS UNTIL COMPLETELY COVERED WITH CRUMBS.
4. DROP CAREFULLY AND ONE AT A TIME THE LOAVES IN OIL. DEEP FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN THEN DRAIN OIL IN TISSUE.
5. SERVE TI HOT AND PERFECT WITH TARTAR SAUCE.
6. *TARTAR SAUCE: JUST MIXED ALL INGREDIENTS THEN CHILL FOR 20MNTS THEN SERVE.
