Liz's Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Liz's Chocolate Zucchini Cake ingredients
- 2 c Sugar
- 3⁄4 c Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 c Shredded zucchini
- 2 1⁄2 c flour
- 1⁄2 c Unsweetened cocoa
- 2 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 1 1⁄2 t Baking soda
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 1⁄2 c Milk
- 1 c nuts
- --- FROSTING---
- 6 oz Cream cheese
- 1⁄3 c butter, softened
- 1 1⁄2 t vanilla
- 3 1⁄2 c Confectioners' sugar
- 1 t Milk
- 1⁄4 c Chopped nuts
Cooking Liz's Chocolate Zucchini Cake
1. In large bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs.
2. Add vnilla and zucchini.
3. Mixi dry ingredients together.
4. Add alternately with milk to zucchini mixture.
5. Blend well.
6. Pour into a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bakei 50-60 minutes at 350~.
7. Allow to stand 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Frosting.
8. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in bowl.
9. Add confectioners' sugar and milk; mix until creamy.
10. Spread on cooled cake.
11. Sprinkle with nuts.
