Linguine, Salmon and Broccoli Toss ingredients

  • 1 lb Cooked Salmon
  • 1 pk frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 clv garlic
  • 3⁄4 c chicken broth
  • 3⁄4 c Italian-style croutons
  • 1⁄4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Linguine, Salmon and Broccoli Toss

1. HEAT oil in a large skillet.
2. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute.
3. Add broccoli and broth; cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
4. Add salmon; heat through.
5. TOSS pasta with salmon and broccoli mixture.
6. Serve in deep bowls; top with crushed croutons and cheese.
