Lexington - piedmont style sauce ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 c Cider vinegar
  • 1⁄2 c ketchup
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1⁄8 t Red pepper flakes
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1⁄2 c water

Cooking Lexington - piedmont style sauce

1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
2. Bring to boil, ten simmer and stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Cool and serve on meat.
4. 1 pint.
