Lemony summer squash

Lemony summer squash ingredients
- 1 lb Summer squash
- 1 T Walnut oil
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 1 t Dried rosemary, crumbled
- 2 T Fresh lemon juice
Cooking Lemony summer squash
1. Slice squash in ΒΌ" rounds.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet and cook garlic 1 minute.
3. Add squash and cook, stirring gently, until tender, about 4 minutes.
4. Stiri in remaining ingredients and heat through.
