- 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 14 oz Ready-to-serve beef broth

- 10 oz Frozen peas and carrots
- -- defrosted
- 1 t Grated lemon peel
Cooking Lemony beef, vegetables and barley
