  • 1 Yellow cake mix
  • 1 pk Lemon pudding, 3-oz size
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c water
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Oil
  • 2 c Powdered sugar;
  • c Lemon juice

Cooking Lemon pudding cake 5

1. Cake: mix together cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, and oil. Bakei in an oblong cake pan at 350 degrees 45 minutes.
2. Glazei: mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice.
3. Poke holes in the hot cake with a fork.
4. Pour glaze over the top of the cake - letting it run into the holes.
