Lemon Pudding Cake 4 ingredients

  • 1 Eggs; separated

  • 2 T All-purpose flour
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 1 t Grated lemon peel

Cooking Lemon Pudding Cake 4

1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolk.
2. Add sugar, milk, flour, lemon juice, peel and salt; beat until smooth.
3. Beat egg white until stiff peaks form; gently fold into lemon mixture.
4. Pour into two ungreased 6-oz.
5. custard cups (cups will be very full).
6. Place the cups in an 8-in.
7. square baking pan. Pour boiling water into pan to a depth of 1 in.
