Lemon parsleyed potatoes

1. Scrub potatoes.
2. and cook until tender; drain.
3. Place in serving bowl, keep warm.
4. Meanwhile, melt butter, stir in parsley and lemon juice.
5. Pour over potatoes and stir lightly to coat.
