Lemon parsleyed potatoes

Lemon parsleyed potatoes ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lb Potato, tiny new or medium
- 1⁄4 c parsley
- 1 T Lemon juice
Cooking Lemon parsleyed potatoes
1. Scrub potatoes.
2. and cook until tender; drain.
3. Place in serving bowl, keep warm.
4. Meanwhile, melt butter, stir in parsley and lemon juice.
5. Pour over potatoes and stir lightly to coat.
