- 1 c Molasses 2 tb Butter
- 1⁄3 c Lemon juice
Cooking Lemon molasses sauce
1. Heat molasses to boiling, stirring constantly.
2. Add butter.
3. Boil 1 minute.
4. Add lemon juice.
5. Mixi thoroughly.
6. Serve with steamed fruit puddings.
