Lemon Italian Ice ingredients

  • 3 c water
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Sugar
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 t Grated lemon peel
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Lemon juice

Cooking Lemon Italian Ice

1. Combine water, sugar and lemon peel in medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. remove from heat and allow to cool.
4. Pour mixture into canister of ice cream maker.
5. stir in lemon juice.
6. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
7. Makes 1 quart.
