Lemon cream dressing

Lemon cream dressing ingredients
- 1⁄2 c tahini
- 8 oz Firm (or firm silken) tofu
- 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
- 1⁄4 c Cider vinegar
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 c Brown rice syrup, -OR-
- 1⁄3 c -honey
- 2 T White miso
- 1⁄2 c water
Cooking Lemon cream dressing
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
2. Cool and use as desired.
