- 1 T Corn-starch
- 1 c Hot water
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 2 T Brown sugar
- 1⁄3 c coconut
- Salt
Cooking Lemon coconut sauce
1. Combine sugar, salt, and corn-starch.
2. Add water slowly, stirring constantly.
3. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, 15 minutes.
4. Add lemon juice and coconut.
