Lemon catfish ingredients
- 4 Catfish fillets, thawed
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Fresh lemon juice
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Oil
- 1 t Dry Minced Onion
- 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Hot pepper sauce, or to tast
- 4 Lemon wedges
Cooking Lemon catfish
1. Rinse fillets and blot dry. Combine remaining ingredients except lemon wedges, in flat casserole dish.
2. Add fillets.
3. Marinatei in refrigerator overnight, turning several times.
4. Grilli fillets over medium-hot coals 5-8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
5. Bastei with marinade while cooking.
6. Squeeze lemon wedges and serve.
7. Oven method: broil 6 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes; turn carefully and baste marinade.
8. Broili an additional 5-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
9. Yield: 4 servings.
