Lemon Brulee

Lemon Brulee ingredients
- 1 Lemon
- 1 lb natural greek yoghurt
- 2 T dark soft sugar
Cooking Lemon Brulee
1. Mixi together the finely grated rind of the lemon and the yoghurt.
2. Divide between four 1/4 pint ramekins and sprinkle over sugar.
3. Place under a hot grill for 1-2 minutes or until melted and bubbling.
4. Chill until ready to serve.
