Lemon Blueberry Biscuits

Lemon Blueberry Biscuits ingredients
- 2 c All-purpose flour
- 1⁄3 c Sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 t Baking soda
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 8 oz Carton lemon yogurt
- 1 Egg; lightly beaten
- 1⁄4 c butter Or margarine
- - melted
- 1 t Grated lemon peel
- 1 c Fresh or frozen blueberries
- GLAZE:
- 1⁄2 c Confectioners' sugar
- 1 T Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 t Grated lemon peel
Cooking Lemon Blueberry Biscuits
1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
2. Combine yogurt, egg, butter and lemon peel; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
3. Foldi in blueberries.
4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
5. Bakei at 400 for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.
6. Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm biscuits.
