Lemon barbecue marinade ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c Lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 t Salt
  • 1⁄2 t Pepper
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1⁄4 c Vegetable oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1⁄2 t thyme Leaves
  • 4 t Finely chopped onion

Cooking Lemon barbecue marinade

1. Mixi all ingredients, shake well.
2. Marinatei chicken or turkey parts of boneless meat 4 - 8 hours.
3. Use marinade to baste meat while grilling.
