Lemon baked fish ingredients

  • 1 lb Flounder or haddock fillets
  • -- fresh or frozen
  • 1 T butter Or margarine
  • 4 t Lemon juice
  • 1 t Lemon rind, grated
  • 1⁄8 t Salt
  • 1 ds Pepper
  • 1⁄8 t Rosemary

Cooking Lemon baked fish

1. Thaw frozen fish.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F (moderate).
3. divide frozen fish into 6 servings.
4. Place in single layer in a baking pan. Mixi fat, lemon juice, lemon rind, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
5. Pour over fish.
6. Bakei for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
