Lebanese grilled eggplant ingredients

  • 1 med Eggplant -- sliced ½" Thick
  • 1⁄2 c Italian dressing -- bottled
  • 3⁄4 c Plain low-fat yogurt

Cooking Lebanese grilled eggplant

1. About an hour before you light the grill slice the eggplant and place it in a collander in the sink.
2. When you start the fire marinatethe eggplantt in italian dressing.
3. I use a large ziplocked bag. When the fire is hot grill until soft and nicely browned.
4. Serve with yogurt.
