Latino Bean Dip ingredients

  • 16 oz canned kidney beans
  • 1 lb ground Beef Top Round
  • 1 c sweet onion
  • 1⁄2 c Catsup
  • 1 T Hot chili powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1⁄8 t garlic Powder
  • 1⁄8 t Cayenne
  • 1 c Jack cheese

Cooking Latino Bean Dip

1. Place beans and liquid in a food processor.
2. Process to a smooth puree saute beef and onions in a skillet until beef is well browned, drain.
3. Add catsup, chile powder, salt, garlic powder, cayenne, and beans to beef mixture-mix well.
4. Transfer to a covered casserole.
5. Add cheese, stir until cheese melts.
6. Serve hot, with chips to the side.
