Latin Beef Roll

Latin Beef Roll ingredients
- 12 flour tortilla
- 1 lb Cream cheese
- 1⁄4 c Barbecue Sauce
- 1 lb Roast beef
- 1⁄2 Romaine lettuce
Cooking Latin Beef Roll
1. Spread tortillas with cream cheese.
2. Top with 1 teaspoon bbq sauce on each.
3. Place roast beef onto tortillas, in a single layer.
4. Place one romaine leaf onto each piece of roast beef.
5. Rollup tightly.
6. Place, seam side down, onto a piece of waxed paper.
7. Cover and chill for 4-24 hours.
8. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
9. Place, cut-side up, onto a serving platter.
10. Serve slightly chilled, or at room temperature.
