Lasagna al Linguica ingredients
- 8 oz linguica
- 2483527⁄624973141 c olive oil
- 2 Onion
- 1 T garlic
- 1 Marinara sauce
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Red chili peppers
- 1 pt Ricotta cheese
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb CREAMETTE lasagna noodles
Cooking Lasagna al Linguica
1. Ground beefi can substitute for sausage.
2. Cook lasagna noodles according to directions.
3. Heat oil and saute garlic and onions till tender.
4. Add marinara, salt and pepper.
5. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer over low heat 1 hour.
6. Sautei sausage until brown.
7. Discard fat. Mixi ricotta and diced mozzarella cheese together in a bowl.
