- 1 c Celery, diced
- 1 Green bell pepper, diced

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 T soy sauce
- 3 c Cooked white beans
Cooking l curried bean sandwich spread
1. Place the water in a saucepan, add all the vegetables & the garlic.
2. Cook stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
3. Stiri in the curry powder, cumin & soy sauce, mix well.
4. Remove from the heat.
5. Add the beans; mix well.
6. Place the mixture in a food processor or blender & process briefly until chopped but not pureed.
7. Chill.
