- 2 lb pumpkin
- 2483527⁄624973141 oz Ground ginger
- 3 oz butter
- 4 oz sliced apples
- 4 oz Grated cheese
- 2 c Salt water
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Kurbisbrai Mit Kase
1. Cut pumpkin in segments and remove peeling and seeds.
2. Boil in salted water with ginger and apples for 20 minutes until soft.
3. Pass pulp through a sieve and blend with butter.
4. Seasoni to taste.
5. Place in a shallow dish, sprinkle grated cheese and brown under grill.
