1. Servings: 1 *(pronounced kroo chi, with the oo like in moon, and i like in fin).
2. combine the first six ingredients.
3. Add enough flour to make a rollable dough.
4. Roll flat, ½ inch thick.
5. Cut into strips, 1 inch wide and 3-4 inches long.
6. Tie each strip into a simple knot.
7. Deep fry until golden brown.
8. Sprinkle with sugar.
