Korean Stir Fry Chicken ingredients
- 2 c Cooked chicken
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ginger
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 372529⁄-2009260032 T soy sauce
- 2 T Peanut oil
- 3 T Sesame seeds
- 2 Green onions
- 1 garlic cloves
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Fresh Bean Sprouts
- 2 c Cooked rice
Cooking Korean Stir Fry Chicken
1. In large bowl, mix together chicken, ginger, salt and ½ tablespoon of the soy sauce.
2. In large frypan, place peanut oil and heat over medium high temperature.
3. Add chicken mixture and stir fry until chicken is opaque, about 3 minutes.
4. Add sesame seed, onion, and garlic, continuing to stir fry about 2 minutes.
5. Add bean sprouts and stir just until heated through, about 1 minute.
6. Finally, gently stir in cooked rice and remaining 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
7. Serve immediately.
8. Note: To toast and crush sesame seed, place sesame seed in frypan over medium heat.
9. Stiri and cook until golden, about 3 minutes.
10. Crush with mortar and pestle or blend quickly in blender.
11. Note: Use short grain rice.
