Korean spinach ingredients
- Cooking oil
- Sesame seeds
- soy sauce
- -Wok or large pan
- -Spatula
Cooking Korean spinach
1. Clean spinach (nothing worse than grains of sand).
2. Crush sesame seeds.
3. Heat wok on high! add a small amount of oil (couple teaspoons).
4. Add seeds, wait until they are browned (15 - 20 seconds).
5. Add spinach and a tablespoon or so of soy sauce.
6. Cook until spinach has completely wilted.
7. This korean recipe actually made me like spinach!.
