Korean bean sprouts ingredients

  • 1⁄2 lb Bean sprouts
  • 1 t Salt, or to taste
  • 2 T Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1⁄2 t garlic Powder
  • 1 pn Cayenne pepper, optional
  • 1⁄4 c Finely chopped green onions

Cooking Korean bean sprouts

1. Clean the bean sprouts.
2. Drop into boiling water and boil 5 minutes.
3. Drain well.
4. Return to the pan. Stiri in the salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic powder, cayenne, and green onions.
5. Simmeri 2 minute.
6. Serve hot or cold.
