Korean bbq tofu ingredients
- 1⁄2 c soy sauce
- 5 6 T sugar or sweetener
- 2 T Dry mustard
- 4 Cloves garlic or ½ tsp
- garlic Powder
- 2 T Onion powder
Cooking Korean bbq tofu
1. A little water cut tofu in strips ½ inch thick and marinate, then fry and garnish with vegetables of your choice.
2. I like to cut tofu in squares and throw in a vegetable stir-fry.
