Korean Barbecue Beef ingredients
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1 T Sesame seeds
- 1 c Scallions
- 3 T garlic
- 1⁄4 c soy sauce
- 2 T Sugar
- 2 T Dry sherry
- 2 T Peanut oil
Cooking Korean Barbecue Beef
1. Place meat in freezer for 2 hours, until firm.
2. Slice, across the grain, to a thickness of ΒΌ-inch.
3. Combine sesame, scallions, garlic, soy, sugar, sherry, and oil-mix well.
4. Pour over meat strips and turn to coat well.
5. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
6. Grilli strips over hot coals for 60 seconds on each side serve hot.
