Korean - barbecue sauce ingredients

  • 1 c soy sauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sake, or dry sherry
  • 4 Ginger slices, julienned
  • About the size of a quarter
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 2 Garlic cloves, sliced thin
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Apple juice concentrate
  • 3 T Sesame oil

Cooking Korean - barbecue sauce

1. Place all the ingredients but the sesame oil in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
2. Cook 10 minutes, uncovered; then remove from the heat and add the sesame oil.
3. Store in a covered glass or plastic container in the refrigerator.
