Kolache dough ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb butter
  • 1 Eggs
  • 2 t Sugar

Cooking Kolache dough

1. Sifti flour and sugar together.
2. Work in butter, cream cheese and egg yolk.
3. Kneadi together and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
4. Roll out thin on flour and sugar.
5. Cut into squares.
6. Fill with walnuts, lekvar (prunes), poppy seed or apricot.
