Kohala Prime Rib ingredients
- 12 lb boneless rib eye steak
- 1 t garlic Powder
- 1 t Kosher salt
- 1 t Pepper
- 8 oz Apple
- parsley
Cooking Kohala Prime Rib
1. Sprinkle roast on all sides with garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper-massage into meat.
2. Place roast, fat side up, onto a rack in a roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer in center of meat Remove from oven and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
3. Remove fat and brown in 400-450 degree oven for 10 minutes slice thinly.
4. Place slices onto a heated serving platter.
5. Garnishi with spiced apple rings and parsley.
6. Serve hot.
