Kiwi lime marmalade ingredients

  • 4 Kiwis, peeled and trimmed
  • Zest of 1 lime, slivered
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
  • 2 T Fresh lime juice

Cooking Kiwi lime marmalade

1. Quarter the kiwis lengthwise, and then cut them crosswise into ½-inch cubes.
2. Combine the kiwis with all the remaining ingredients in a deep 2-½-quart microwave-safe casserole, and stir well.
3. Cook, uncovered, at full power (650 to 750 watts) for 5 minutes.
4. Stiri, return to the microwave, and cook until thick, another 6 minutes.
5. Allow the marmalade to cool to room temperature; then cover tightly and refrigerate.
6. It will keep for 1 week in the refrigerator.
7. Makes 1 cup.
