Kiwi fruit muffins

Kiwi fruit muffins ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 t Baking soda
- 1 c Sugar
- 3 Firm kiwifruit
- -peeled and finely chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 3⁄4 c Oil
- 3⁄4 c Milk
Cooking Kiwi fruit muffins
1. Sifti flour, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl.
2. Add sugar and mix; stir in kiwi.
3. Combine eggs, oil and milk; gently stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.
4. Do not overmix.
5. Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans or use foil/paper liners, until 2/3 full.
6. Bakei in 350°F (180c) oven 15 minutes or until golden.
7. Let cool on wire racks.
8. Makes about 18 medium muffins.
