King sauce

King sauce ingredients
- 16 oz hoisin sauce
- 1 c soy sauce
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- 2 T Dry sherry
- 4 T Oriental sesame oil
- 4 T Dijon mustard
- 3 T garlic, minced
- 1 Juice of one lemon
- pepper, to taste
- 1 t Cumin
- 2 t fennel seed -- crushed
- 2 T Mirin
- 1⁄3 c Orange juice
Cooking King sauce
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and adjust to taste.
2. Flavors tend to dilute during cooking so keep them strong.
3. Use as marinade or a basting sauce.
4. Rub the sauce into the meat and refrigerate coverd for 8-10 hours.
